The “green heart” of Italy is known for its stunning medieval towns, rolling vineyards producing Sagrantino wine, phenomenal olive oil, black and white truffles, mouth-watering pork, and rich religious history. Our dear family friend, Stefania, is a resident of Spello and she joins us in this highly curated and personal tour of Umbria, focusing on the rich culinary offerings of the region. During your week in Spello you will experience the Umbrian life alongside our dear Italian friends.
