Nestled in the heart of Spello, Casa Kobus is more than a home—it’s a place to slow down, settle in, and experience daily life in Umbria.For over a decade, my parents have returned again and again to the small hill town of Spello. What began as a place to visit slowly became something more—a place where they feel at home, surrounded by dear friends and a rhythm of life that feels both simple and special.
Over time, Spello has become just as meaningful to our entire family. It’s part of why we created Le Bon Chaperon—to share this place we love in a way that feels personal and connected.
For years, my parents talked about what it would be like to have a home here. And now, that dream has become a reality.
Casa Kobus is now theirs.
It will be a place to gather, to slow down, and to experience Spello not as a visitor, but as someone who belongs—even if only for a little while.
